Help with an order

Please include your order number in every message about an order. You'll find it in your order confirmation email.

Where's my order? Delivery is free across India, and most orders arrive within 4 to 8 business days. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and a continuous unboxing video that begins with the sealed package. Once your claim is approved, we'll send you a free replacement.
